Oxford PharmaGenesis has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Adviser to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis in our Oxfordshire office. In this role, you will support our permanent recruitment activities and help create a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will proactively source and screen candidates, coordinate assessments and interviews, communicate job offers, support recruitment events, and help to increase the visibility of our company on job boards and social channels.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and screen candidates for permanent roles.
- Coordinate assessments and interviews.
- Communicate job offers and support the offers process.
- Support recruitment events and contribute to recruitment marketing on job boards and social channels.
- Enhance the experience of candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and use applicant tracking systems and demonstrate strong MS Word, Outlook and Excel skills.
Qualifications
- Experience gained in either a recruitment agency or as part of an in-house talent acquisition team.
- Proactive, organized and detail-focused approach.
- Confidence using applicant tracking systems and strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills.
- Experience supporting recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable but not essential: experience in life sciences or the medical communications industry.
