Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a talented and motivated midweight Designer to join the team in our Oxfordshire office. As a Designer, you will produce high-quality, impactful print and digital deliverables across a wide range of formats, including campaigns, banners, video and event/symposia materials. You will deliver creative options that support and enhance project deliverables, and you will present ideas to stakeholders, refining concepts based on feedback, while meeting the agreed scope, timelines and budgets.
You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues and external partners to ensure that every deliverable meets a high standard. You will produce materials by applying best practice design and production methods and by working to brand guidelines and evolving Global Design & Digital Team standards. You will ideally be based in our Oxfordshire office to enable team collaboration; however, other UK office locations will be considered.
We are looking for a talented Designer who has:
- 3–5 years of experience working in a design team (studio or agency). Healthcare agency experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong design fundamentals (typography, layout, colour, hierarchy) and the ability to turn briefs into creative, functional solutions.
- Confidence when presenting design approaches clearly and responding constructively to feedback.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to deliver to scope, timelines and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with Illustrator and Photoshop skills essential.
- A collaborative, proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the motivation to learn and adapt.
- Experience with Premiere Pro (and/or After Effects/animation), Adobe XD (or similar). Awareness of UX/UI principles is desirable.
