Oxford PharmaGenesis has an exciting opportunity for a Communications Team Leader with strong expertise in developing payer‑facing value communications, including global value dossiers, payer tools, and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) publications. This 5‑month fixed-term contract (maternity cover) offers the chance to lead and shape high‑impact value demonstration projects across multiple clients and therapy areas.
As Communications Team Leader, you will have a key role in supporting and training colleagues on strategically focused content development, helping to drive quality and consistency across the team. You will also manage team resourcing and recoverability to ensure smooth project delivery and optimal capacity across accounts.
This is a very varied role, with opportunities to contribute to proposals, participate in business development and work closely with clients as a trusted strategic partner. You will review the work of other colleagues, support the development of less experienced team members and collaborate closely with colleagues across functions.
We are looking for a talented Communications Team Leader with:
- Experience gained in a market access consultancy, with expertise in developing high‑quality value communications for payer audiences
- A track record of providing strategic input into market access and value demonstration communication projects, including HEOR publications, economic modelling deliverables and payer materials
- The ability to build strong client relationships and to support business growth (new or organic)
- Experience of training, mentoring and line managing new and experienced colleagues, providing advice, feedback and direction
- A good technical understanding of HEOR and value communication, with the ability to conceptualize, guide and progress complex projects.
We are looking for someone who can join the team in Oxford at least 2 days per week, although you could also be based in one of our other UK offices.
At Oxford PharmaGenesis, we believe that our connection to each other is one of our key strengths, and rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid working approach.
