About the role
Are you an experienced medical communications Account Executive looking for the next step in your career or are you a Senior Account Executive considering a change? Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a motivated Senior Account Executive to join one of our successful teams based in either our Oxfordshire office or our Cambridge office. You will work on a range of deliverables, including publications, medical affairs projects, and innovative AI and digital health projects. The team’s accounts include immunology, rare disease and gastroenterology therapy areas.
This role involves:
- Attending client meetings
- Preparing project updates and minutes
- Supporting the oversight of timelines and budgets
- Managing review and approval processes
- Providing administrative and logistical support across the project life cycle
- Helping grow accounts and seek new business opportunities
This is a busy and rewarding role in a supportive team with great clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical communications
- A scientific background (preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
Previous experience of managing publications accounts within medical communications and experience using iEnvision are desirable but not essential.
