Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the USA. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of medical communications projects, from initiation to completion, with a focus on publications. You will be a knowledgeable point of contact for project updates, project planning and project delivery, and you will efficiently organize and coordinate meetings. This is a high-volume, fast-moving role that requires experience with publication routing, client status reporting and author management. A solid understanding of publication processes is essential.

We are looking for a talented Project Manager who has:

  • experience of publications account management in medical communications
  • a strong attention to detail
  • the ability to multitask
  • experience of the financial management of projects

This is a remote position open to anyone currently living in the USA. You must also have the right to live and work in the USA.
