Oxford PharmaGenesis has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition Team based in our Oxfordshire office. In this role, you’ll provide efficient administrative support across the full recruitment life cycle, including vacancy authorizations, candidate applications, skills assessments, interviews and new colleague onboarding. You will also maintain job adverts across our intranet, careers pages and external job boards. You’ll act as a key point of contact for candidates, recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders, helping to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
You will have experience supporting a busy HR or talent acquisition team in an administrative role, together with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Outlook and Excel. Experience of applicant tracking systems or other talent acquisition tools would be an advantage. You will be highly organized, accurate and proactive, with excellent time management and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
