Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a motivated Senior Account Executive to join one of our successful teams based in either our Oxfordshire office or our Cambridge office. You will work on a range of deliverables, including publications, medical affairs projects, and innovative AI and digital health projects. The team’s accounts include immunology, rare disease and gastroenterology therapy areas.
You will support the successful day-to-day management of client accounts, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery. This role involves attending client meetings, preparing project updates and minutes, supporting the oversight of timelines and budgets, managing review and approval processes, and providing administrative and logistical support across the project life cycle. You will also help to grow accounts and will assist with new business opportunities.
This is a busy and rewarding role in a supportive team with great clients. We are looking for a talented Senior Account Executive who has:
- previous experience in medical communications
- a scientific background (preferred)
- exceptional attention to detail
- excellent organizational skills
Previous experience of managing publications accounts within medical communications and experience using iEnvision are desirable but not essential.
