Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a highly organized and proactive Programme Manager to support priority projects across our Global Business Team. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy finding solutions, collaborating with senior colleagues and ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish.
In this role, you will work closely with our Executive Directors and key stakeholders across the company to define project scope, coordinate project teams and keep activities on track. You will be responsible for maintaining clear communication, facilitating updates, and helping project leads to deliver projects on time and within scope.
We are looking for a Programme Manager who has:
- experience in project management, ideally within medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry
- strong organizational skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- a collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently
- proficiency in project management tools and strong presentation skills
