Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for an experienced Medical Writer to join one of our teams based in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical writing, a passion for creating engaging and quality content, and confidence when talking to clients. You will support and lead on publications within metabolic disease, with opportunities to work on other scientific communications, and to help with business development opportunities across the team’s diverse accounts.
This role would be ideal for someone who is passionate about writing and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with direct client contact. You will have the ambition to lead projects, with support from the wider project team, taking responsibility for success. The team is based in our office in the Oxfordshire countryside and is looking for someone who can join them in the office 2 days each week.
We are looking for a talented Medical Writer who has:
- a science degree (PhD advantageous), preferably in life sciences
- written experience in medical communications
- the skills to ensure high-quality deliverables
- a passion for communicating science
- a ‘can-do’ attitude that supports great team working.
