Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for an experienced HR Adviser to join our established People & Culture Team. In this people-orientated role, you’ll provide professional advice and practical support to colleagues across multiple offices, helping to ensure consistent, best practice processes across the full employee life cycle.
In this role, you’ll build strong working relationships and act as a first point of contact, including guiding and supporting line managers with employee relations such as performance issues, probationary periods, investigations and disciplinary processes, and long-term absence management. You’ll promote and support well-being and equality, diversity and inclusion, and contribute to people-related projects and to the continuous improvement of processes and services.
You will support the application and documentation of key policies, such as flexible working, parental leave and sabbatical leave, and you will provide advice to colleagues and additional information on our benefits package. As part of the Global HR Team, you’ll support colleagues from induction to the leaving process, including conducting exit interviews.
You’ll also work closely with the wider Global HR Team, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Global HR Operations, and Reward & Recognition, to ensure a consistent, high-quality service.
We are looking for an experienced HR Adviser who has:
- Previous experience in an HR Adviser role, with confidence managing end-to-end employee relations and associated administration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to problem-solve and work calmly under pressure
- Global HR experience, particularly in the USA and Australia, is desirable but not essential.
At Oxford PharmaGenesis, we believe that our connection to each other is one of our key strengths, and rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid working approach.
