About The Role As our clinical service expands, we are looking for a Lead Clinician to work collaboratively in delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils. This is a great chance to join a team expanding its clinical provision, making a real difference through a holistic, therapeutic approach. You will manage a caseload alongside other clinicians, with support from our experienced Clinical Team, and contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management abilities.
