Job Title: Headteacher
Location: South West England (commutable from major transport links)
Salary: Up to ÂŁ80,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications (not pro rata)
Hours: Monday â Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
Start Date: January 2026

Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Proven leadership experience as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher
- Experience supporting pupils with diverse and complex learning and behavioural needs
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and school improvement processes
- Budget and resource management experience
- Relevant teaching qualification

Youâll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit.
