The Role

As Growth Product Manager, you\’ll own the entire transactional experience across our digital platform. This commercially focused role drives conversion rate optimisation, on‑site search, merchandising, pricing strategy, consultation flows, A/B testing, and medication reordering.

You\’ll work cross‑functionally with engineering, marketing, category managers and customer service to deliver a seamless, high‑converting customer experience. This is a data‑driven, outcome‑focused role accountable for improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and roadmap for the complete transactional experience
  • Drive continuous CRO improvements and on‑site search optimisation
  • Manage merchandising strategy, pricing testing, and stock‑out management

User Experience & Journey

  • Enhance navigation and information architecture to reduce friction
  • Optimise consultation flow success rates in collaboration with Clinical Product Manager
  • Improve medication reordering experience to drive retention

Testing & Analysis

  • Design and analyse A/B tests and multivariate experiments
  • Use analytics, heatmaps, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
  • Establish reporting frameworks to track KPIs
  • Line manage Clinical Product Manager and external consultants
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and customer service teams
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and data‑driven decision‑making

What you will bring

  • Proven experience in product management, growth product, eCommerce optimisation or CRO
  • Strong track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion and revenue
  • Deep expertise in CRO, A/B testing, and data‑driven product development
  • Experience with on‑site search, merchandising, pricing strategy, and user journey optimisation
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely or similar)
  • Strong UX sensibility balancing user needs with business objectives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in eCommerce, digital health, pharmacy, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance (MHRA, ASA, GPhC)
  • Technical understanding to work effectively with engineering teams
  • SEO knowledge and understanding of on‑site optimisation impact
