You'll help with daily living and personal care, support wellbeing and independence, keep accurate records and work closely with the team. What we're looking for * A caring, patient and respectful approach. * Good communication skills and a good standard of English. * Reliability and flexibility, including weekends. * Experience in health and social care is preferred.
