Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Surgical Ward Nurses to join our expanding network and provide adhoc and locum cover within private hospitals in Lincoln.
The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients across surgical wards, supporting safe patient recovery and working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 12 months UK clinical experience
- Proven surgical ward nursing experience
- Registered with the NMC
- Previous hospital-based experience essential
- Experience within private hospitals or NHS surgical wards
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
- Excellent communication and adaptability
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
