Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Community Complex Care Nurses to join our expanding network and provide ad hoc and locum cover within community care settings. The role involves providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients with complex and ongoing healthcare needs, supporting individuals to manage their conditions safely within their own homes and community settings. Nurses will work closely with patients, families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and promote positive health outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 12 months UK clinical experience
- Proven Community care nursing experience
- Registered with the NMC
- Previous Community experience
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
