You will be the senior technical authority for the Salesforce platform – owning architecture, integration strategy, and long-term scalability. This isn’t a strategy-only role, you will need the technical depth to mentor developers and the influence to challenge third-party vendors and shape stakeholder decisions along with overseeing the deployment of change across environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture.
  • Create and approve High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
  • Lead the strategy for connecting Salesforce to other business platforms securely and efficiently.
  • Review and challenge the designs produced by external consulting partners.
  • Keep technical debt low.
  • Manage CI/CD / DevOps deployment pipelines.
  • Mentor internal developers and admins while maintaining your own hands‑on technical credibility.
What we’re looking for
  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) with a strong Salesforce Developer background.
  • Proven track record creating HLDs/LLDs and governing external delivery partners.
  • Deep knowledge of APIs, middleware, event‑driven architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in a global, multi‑entity environments managing architectural risk across concurrent projects.
  • Hands‑on experience or certifications with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), or Revenue Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with contact centre platforms, specifically Amazon Connect.
