  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Scripting capability with PowerShell to support automation and repeatable tasks.
  • Experience managing identity and authentication platforms.
  • Skilled in systems analysis and diagnosing complex desktop and infrastructure issues.
  • Experience administering Office 365 in a cloud-native environment.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach to balancing support and project delivery.
Desirable:

  • Experience supporting cloud-hosted SaaS platforms in a project context.
  • Experience supporting Linux.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices (ITIL Foundation desirable).
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
  • Server administration experience including Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and Radius.
  • Previous experience mentoring junior team members or acting as a technical lead on project tasks.
