We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Business Systems team as a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst. This is a collaborative role working with key business areas to identify and implement business process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive Salesforce projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Facilitate and lead workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
- Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Write clear and comprehensive user stories to support development.
- Manage stakeholders effectively, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment.
- Oversee and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience leading change within the Salesforce platform and certifications in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience in Contact center as a service (CCaaS) and/or Service Cloud implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and technical understanding.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
- Self-motivated, diligent, quick to learn new systems, and able to thrive in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
