We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient

Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient System Administrator to support and enhance our enterprise IT environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing systems that support user identity, endpoint security, and IT service management—including Microsoft Intune, Okta, Azure AD (Entra ID), ServiceNow, and SailPoint. This position requires strong expertise in modern cloud-based platforms and a solid understanding of security and compliance principles.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • ITSM Tools: Maintain and improve workflows and automations within ServiceNow, including incident, change, and request management modules.
  • Access Governance: Support identity governance processes and workflows within SailPoint, including access reviews, provisioning rules, and auditing.
  • Endpoint Management: Configure and manage devices using Microsoft Intune, including Windows and mobile device compliance, software deployment, and policy enforcement.
  • Identity & Access Management: Administer Okta and Azure AD (Entra ID), managing SSO integrations, MFA policies, lifecycle rules, and conditional access.
  • Escalation point for incidents, service requests, and system alerts, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and changes clearly and thoroughly.
  • Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and internal security assessments as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal IT, InfoSec, and HR teams to maintain operational integrity and security posture.

Essential

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in a system administration or identity-focused IT role.
  • Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Intune and device compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Okta or other identity providers (IdPs).
  • Practical experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, including hybrid identity scenarios.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow administration, including request flows and catalog items.
  • Working knowledge of SailPoint (or equivalent IGA platforms).
  • Comfortable with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred

  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator Associate, Okta Certified Professional, Azure Fundamentals/Administrator, SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer.
  • Experience with conditional access, device compliance policies, and automation workflows.
  • Exposure to ITIL practices or formal service management environments.

  • Process-driven, with a focus on automation and repeatability.
  • Able to work independently and own critical systems.
  • Responsive, adaptable, and comfortable supporting a global or distributed team.
  • Security-conscious and familiar with best practices for data protection and identity hygiene.
