We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to act as the senior technical authority for our Salesforce platform. This is a strategic and hands‑on leadership role responsible for defining technical architecture, governing solution design, leading integration strategy and ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure, and aligned to business objectives. Working across both major transformation programmes and continuous improvement initiatives, you will provide technical leadership to internal teams and delivery partners while shaping the future Salesforce roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and govern the end‑to‑end Salesforce technical architecture.
- Design and approve high‑ and low‑level technical solutions across programmes, projects, and enhancements.
- Lead Salesforce integration architecture, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and performance.
- Provide technical oversight and challenge to internal teams and external delivery partners.
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and platform governance best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt, architectural risks, and platform performance issues.
- Collaborate with technical leaders across enterprise platforms to deliver aligned, end‑to‑end solutions.
- Mentor and develop Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering technical excellence across the team.
About You
You will be an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect with a development background and a proven track record of leading complex Salesforce implementations within enterprise environments.
- Extensive Salesforce architecture and hands‑on development experience.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, security, and data modelling.
- Experience producing High‑Level Designs (HLDs) and Low‑Level Designs (LLDs).
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and event‑driven architectures.
- Experience implementing Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to operate as the senior technical authority across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, CTA or equivalent.
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), CPQ, or Revenue Lifecycle Management.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with contact centre platforms such as Amazon Connect.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models.
