We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager for EMEAI, to drive the execution and delivery of company goals and the global marketing plans in the region, in line with key company strategic initiatives to generate growth in EMEAI. In this role, you will plan and execute our global marketing team's initiatives by identifying regional business needs, applying standard global methodologies, implementing regional recommendations, being a subject matter expert and educator in the region and providing governance of our global processes.
The details… You will work with both the broader marketing team, and EMEAI commercial teams, including both direct and indirect sales channels, to represent the regional perspective in global and regional marketing operations projects, ensuring the delivered campaigns meet business needs and are effectively reported. Strong and active engagement and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders is crucial. This will be achieved through the development of marketing plans to support defined global commercial objectives, with targets across the full marketing funnel supporting year-on-year growth. This role will represent a global team while being deeply coordinated into the regional needs to ensure that global solutions are executed in a scalable way, that also recognises and supports regional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver our marketing funnel activities in the EMEAI region; from campaigns to opportunity and sales
- Collaborate closely with global MarOps, MarTech and regional commercial teams to support the data flow and processes
- Enable the regionalisation and amplification of marketing collaterals and advocate voice-of-customers in EMEAI
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant degree in Life Sciences, Business or Marketing.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in marketing including development and execution of tactical plans
- Experience with marketing automation platforms/ SFDC and digital marketing platforms
- Direct evidence of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns including reporting of results with insight and make recommendations for future iterations.
- Excellent organization and presentation skills
- Proven track record to work efficiently with external agencies and internal partners, with an eye for details.
- Strong project management skills and a passion for driving activities to an ambitious timescale
- A detailed, focused and analytical approach to problem solving
- Can-do attitude is crucial, a problem solver who takes initiative to recognize and act on opportunities for improvement.
- Self-motivated, thrive in a high energy, fast paced work environment and able to work proactively with multi-disciplinary teams across the business.
- A solid understanding of the EMEAI life science/sequencing market would be helpful.
