We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Biologics Tech Transfer team as a Biologics Tech Transfer Scientist with the responsibility to onboard, develop and maintain new digital documentation processes.
The Details...
Reporting to the Principal Scientist, Biologics, the successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding digital documentation through a manufacturing execution system, to develop this platform and to maintain it once it is being widely used within the Tech Transfer, engineering and manufacturing teams.
This role will involve translating both new and existing processes into a robust and intuitive digital document.
This role will also involve working on cross functional projects with team members from other departments to successfully deliver complex projects.
What We're Looking For...
We'll expect you to have relevant laboratory experience, ideallywithin a chemistry, biochemistry or pharmaceutical environment.
You should have some basic coding knowledge and be familiar with GMP and GLP.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies would also be beneficial.
We're looking for an individualwho is well organised, resilient under pressure with a good eye for detail and wholikes to take a systematic approach towork.
This role will suit someone who is quality and process driven, team orientated, responsive to customer needs and who wants to influence change positively and effectively.
A BSc or equivalent relevant experience is required.
