Oxford Medical Simulation (OMS) is seeking a strategic, systems-driven Revenue Operations Manager to accelerate and align our commercial performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will serve as a key partner to the broader commercial leadership team supporting sales, marketing, and customer success with the tools, insights, and processes they need to execute effectively. You’ll be responsible for building the operational foundation that enables scalable growth, predictable performance, and data-driven decision making as we continue to transform healthcare education through simulation.

Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience leading revenue operations within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Expertise with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform
- Experienced designing, integrating, and managing a modern GTM tech stack
- Proven ability to build and scale revenue processes across the full customer funnel
- Strong analytical mindset with reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboards
- Demonstrated success partnering with sales, marketing, and CS leaders to drive alignment
- Familiarity with quota planning, territory design, and compensation modeling
- Clear communicator with the ability to translate complex data and workflows into actionable insights for commercial teams and leadership
- Healthcare experience is a plus
What will you be doing:
You’ll own the end to end Revenue Operations function, this includes:
- Collaborating across GTM and finance teams to streamline processes and enable predictable growth
- Building and maintaining scalable revenue infrastructure including HubSpot CRM, automation workflows, lead routing, and reporting frameworks
- Managing systems administration with a focus on data integrity, clean architecture, and seamless integrations
- Establishing and tracking key revenue metrics across the funnel including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates
- Enhancing marketing operations through segmentation analysis, contact database management, lead scoring, lifecycle tracking
- Partnering with Customer Success to improve renewal forecasting, usage tracking, and expansion playbooks
- Supporting annual sales planning processes, including quota setting, capacity modeling, and territory design
- Using data to identify and eliminate friction across the revenue engine, streamline handoffs, and improve execution
