About the role:
Build Your Career With a Company That Actually Runs Properly. You'll be working across Oxfordshire on a mix of domestic and commercial installations, including:
- Kitchen & bathroom refurbishments (social housing)
- Consumer unit upgrades & replacements
- EICRs, fault finding & remedial works
- Void property upgrades
- Office & warehouse installations
- Rewires and system upgrades
This is steady, consistent work - not patchy or uncertain 'Planned'. As the company develops, you'll also have opportunities to move into:
- EV charger installations
- Solar & renewable technologies
- Testing, supervision, and senior roles
About you:

- Turn up on time, every time
- Take pride in their work
- Install properly - not 'just get it done'
- Communicate clearly with the office and team
- Can work independently without constant chasing
- Respect tenants, clients, and properties
- Have experience working in fast-paced environments

Technical requirements:
- Must have 18th Edition
- Valid ECS
- Electrical Experience of 5+ years
- Fully Qualified (City & Guilds/JIB or equivalent)
- Experience in Domestic, Industrial and Commercial sectors (all 3 would be advantageous but not essential)
- Testing & Inspection qualifications would be an advantage.
- A CRB / DBS check may be required for the successful candidate
- Full Driver's Licence
