Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

At Oxford Lighting & Electrical Solutions (OLES), we don’t just complete electrical work - we deliver structured, high-quality installations across social housing, refurbishments, and private projects. As a NICEIC Approved Contractor, everything we do is built around compliance.

You’ll be working across Oxfordshire on a mix of domestic and commercial installations, including:

  • Kitchen & bathroom refurbishments (social housing)
  • Consumer unit upgrades & replacements
  • Office & warehouse installations
  • EV charger installations
  • Testing, supervision, and senior roles

Communicate clearly with the office and team. If you cut corners or need constant supervision, this isn’t the role for you.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Experience of 5+ years
  • Fully Qualified (City & Guilds/JIB or equivalent)
  • Experience in Domestic, Industrial and Commercial sectors (all 3 would be advantageous but not essential)
  • Testing & Inspection qualifications would be an advantage
  • A CRB / DBS check may be required for the successful candidate
  • Full Driver’s Licence

Reliable, ongoing work with the opportunity to progress into senior roles. Expansion into renewables and higher-value projects.

Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and capability.
