Job Description
Our client is a leading tech-driven quant and systematic hedge fund trading with offices across the globe. They leverage deep knowledge in data, research, technology and trading to deliver high-quality returns. This opportunity offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with excellent scope for career growth.
Now looking to hire a strong problem-solver with outstanding communication skills to join the HR Tech team, responsible for enhancing and scaling the HR systems and processes. You will draw on your previous Workday experience to design, develop and deploy integrations with other applications using Workday Extend, leading integration development across a global setup in collaboration with global teams. You'll also take complex business requirements and design new/enhanced Workday integration solutions.
Candidates from any background are encouraged to apply, providing you have used Workday Extend and have experience with integration.
Requirements
- Experience with Workday Studio, PECI/WECI, and Workday data models (e.g. EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Solid knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPaths, JSON and integration using middleware technologies
- Strong understanding of OOP principles and good understanding of scripting (Python would be ideal)
- Demonstrable hands-on experience using Workday Extend (minimum 1-2 projects)
Desirable
- Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics or other data analytics techniques
