Summary: My client is a world-class prop trading firm looking for a Python Software Engineer to join a global multi-asset trading team. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence the design and architecture of expanding trading systems and tooling, as well as contributing to the development and deployment of revenue-generating solutions. As part of an innovative front-office team sitting on the trading floor, you'll collaborate directly with traders and researchers on the full software development lifecycle, working from high-level requirements to identify solutions for their Global Delta One business. The successful candidate will be proactive, with outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of independently driving projects to completion.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional software development; excellent, detailed understanding of Python
- Strong preference for development experience with trading-related software or from a complex technology-based organization
