C# Software Engineer – Open to any OO- Leading Discretionary Trading Fund
This leading UK-based discretionary trading fund, boasting AUM of over $16 billion, is looking for a highly skilled C# developer to join their technology team. This team works directly with the researchers and quantitative professionals to solve the toughest of technical challenges working throughout all areas of business including: Risk Management, Quant Analytics, Front Office and Middle Office. The successful candidate will have an impact from day one as they are encouraged to take ownership of technical projects, such as delivering massively scalable, high-performance computer operations which the whole firm will use.
Although this is a C# role, candidates will be interviewed in their preferred language.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Excellent programming skills, with an in-depth understanding of C# desirable
- Experience with SQL databases
- Ability to own all aspects of development projects from start to finish
- Strong problem-solving ability and a desire to solve business problems
