Oxford Ionics, now part of IonQ, is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to lead the UK hub and strengthen processes, systems, and data across the broader EMEA region. You will report to the Director EMEA and APJ People Operations and collaborate with colleagues supporting Switzerland and other areas.
You will manage the People Operations Coordinator, drive scalable processes, and support payroll inputs while advancing future HR systems migration and data accuracy across Dayforce and HiBob.
