We are looking for a dynamic marketing manager who has superb project management skills, works well with diverse teams, has account management/franchise management experience and understands what brilliant community management looks like. You thrive on collaboration and have ideally previously worked in a partnership management role, to drive the very best out of a partnership from a marketing perspective. You’re detail-oriented, goal-focused and work well to tight deadlines. You’re happy working in an evolving environment, shifting gears and marketing channels when required. You’re also an excellent communicator and presenter.
You will combine technical and creative skills to create engaging sales enablement, content and campaigns for our audiences (partners, agents, students). You will have experience producing a range of marketing collateral, executing offline and digital content, as well as developing effective relationships both internally and externally. You’re keen to make a mark and build new processes to improve business efficiency and stand-out customer experience.
You will work alongside a growing team, with some brilliant existing and emerging talent in house, as well as agency and freelance support. Now is an exciting time to join our growing team and be a part of a forward-looking progressive organisation which will provide you with ample opportunities to learn and grow your own skills, experience and career.
Main duties and responsibilities- A franchise management expert, you will serve as a vital link between corporate strategy and local execution, providing franchisees with the marketing frameworks, brand guardianship, compliance and marketing support necessary for sustainable growth.
- You will act as a coach and consultant for new and mature franchisees to help drive revenue growth, whilst ensuring our franchisees adhere to our brand guidelines and codes of conduct.
- A product specialist, understanding the products in and out, and sharing best practices and insights with partners around the globe to get the most out of the product.
- An amazing account manager. You will work hand in glove with our business development team to ensure Oxford International and our partners get the very best out of our products.
- You will lead onboarding sessions, create training materials and check in points with our partners, and be their trusted marketing partner.
- A seasoned creative thinker and doer. You will lead the charge when it comes to creating marketing collateral, online and offline, to help grow our partnerships.
- A high performing Project Manager. You’ll be the engine room for delivery, moving us away from missed deadlines and towards a disciplined, high-velocity output.
- You’re confident in setting resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies to stop scope creep before it starts.
- You won’t just be "managing" a timeline; you’ll be pressure-testing our workstreams, cutting out the admin bloat, and ensuring every stakeholder knows exactly what they’re accountable for.
- Whether it’s a technical rollout or a strategic pivot, you’ll be the one building the Gantt charts, setting the milestones, and ensuring we actually hit our targets on budget and on time.
- You’ll measure and report against KPIs to ensure campaigns and workstreams are running smoothly.
- A trusted team player: You’ll be part of a global team helping manage other products within the Oxford International Digital Institute and Pathway colleges divisions, playing a key role in supporting new launches, promoting English language products including the Oxford ELLT, assisting with production season and more.
- Statutory requirements: Legal right to live and work in the UK. Undergo an Enhanced DBS disclosure check or overseas equivalent.
- Qualifications: Educated to a degree level.
- Experience and knowledge: Franchise management/account management experience, or similar. Solid marketing background including social media, copywriting, marketing email and webinar experience. Fluent in Hubspot/WordPress/Zoom.
- Skills and abilities: Commercially minded, with excellent interpersonal skills. Has a highly organised, positive, ‘can-do’ approach to work. Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities. Committed to producing the work of the highest standard and to deadline. Shows resilience and tenacity.
