Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track the execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and other legal contracts.
  • Handle end-to-end order processing and generate invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local transportation and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage the lifecycle of demo samples and evaluation boards (EVB), including dispatch and return tracking.
  • Coordinate with FAEs to ensure samples reach customers for testing on schedule.
  • Manage daily mail delivery, courier services, and document filing.
  • Monitor payment status and follow up on overdue accounts receivable.
