The Opportunity: This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven sales leader who can transform and elevate service sales across EMEAI. You will take ownership of driving growth across service contracts, renewals and upgrades, while repositioning service from a reactive function to a trusted, revenue-generating partner. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the transformation of service sales across a multi-country region
- Own and deliver revenue growth across service contracts
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on expansion and retention
- Lead and inspire a team of Service Sales Specialists (UK & Germany)
- Drive a shift to proactive, value-led service selling
- Build strong customer, OEM and partner relationships
- Navigate complex markets including France, Germany, UK, Italy and Spain
- Use CRM and data insights to improve forecasting and pipeline
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed service commercially
