We are looking for a Data & Analytics Engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our data capabilities. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, analytics models, and business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robustdata pipelines and data architectures
  • Build and optimiseanalytics models and datasetsfor business use
  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Ensuredata quality, integrity, and accessibilityacross systems

Support and evolve internaldata platforms

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translatebusiness needs into data solutions
  • Enableadvanced analytics and data science initiatives
  • Drive improvements in dataautomation and reporting efficiency

What You'll Bring

  • Experience indata engineering, analytics, or a related role
  • Experience withBI tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Understanding ofdata pipelines and ETL processes
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
  • A proactive approach toproblem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Exposure to data science workflows or advanced analytics
  • Knowledge of data governance and best practices

Professional Skills / Abilities:

  • Strong experience with Python development
  • Experience building data pipelines and data processing workflows
  • Familiarity with Django or similar web frameworks
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting/visualisation tools

Understanding of data architecture and system integration

Exposure/experience with LLMs and other forms of generative AI

  • Exposure to cloud platforms or modern data stacks(desirable)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of C based languages (desirable)

Education/Qualifications:

Degree qualified in a Data science, Computing and/or Physics related discipline with proven relevant experience since graduating

OR

Equivalent industry experience in data engineering or analytics.
