We are hiring for a Production Team Leader for our QC Test Team in Cameras Production who will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating the Production team daily. As Team Leader, you will be the main point of contact for all team members to provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership to inspire and drive the team toward a common goal. A can‑do attitude is essential. The role will require you to delegate tasks, oversee operations and output, provide feedback on performance, and report on metrics. Whilst the Team Leader will not communicate with customers directly, you will liaise regularly with the engineering, production administration and other teams to provide updates and lead times on work being carried out on the production floor. There is room to develop and grow the team to best serve our customers’ needs and will involve working with the Production Manager to improve the revenue stream and internal processes.
Qualifications
- HNC/HND level or equivalent with 3 years relevant experience in a high‑tech production environment OR ONC/OND level or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience in a high‑tech production environment
- Experience in supporting and training other technical staff
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, specifically Microsoft Excel
This is a permanent position based full time onsite at our Belfast headquarters. Applicants must hold the right to work in the UK; sponsorship for visa applicants is not available.
