We’re looking for an experienced TA Partner to deliver high‑quality engineering hiring across the UK on a fixed‑term contract initially 3‑6 months. This is a hands‑on role with scope to improve how we hire – ideal for someone who combines strong delivery with a process and data mindset. The role could be based in either High Wycombe or Bristol.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering, applications and service roles
- Build strong pipelines using proactive sourcing and talent mapping
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver efficient, high‑quality hiring
- Implement structured interviews and consistent assessment methods
- Use data to track performance and improve hiring outcomes
- Enhance processes, tools and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- Significant TA experience, including engineering/technical hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience with structured interviews and up‑to‑date sourcing methods
- Data‑driven approach to recruitment
- Familiarity with ATS (Success Factors) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, AI tools, etc.)
- European language skills would be a distinct advantage
