We are seeking an Export Compliance Administrator to join our I&A team in High Wycombe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring that our export processes meet the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
You’ll be responsible for the administration of export control processes for orders shipped from our High Wycombe and Belfast sites, and providing support to other functions as needed. You will work closely with Sales Operations, Product Managers, and our Legal and Compliance teams to keep our operations smooth, compliant, and responsive to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Administer the Internal Due Diligence (IDD) process for export orders from High Wycombe and Belfast.
- Liaise with Sales Operations and Product Managers to gather required information for export licence applications.
- Work with regional offices to ensure timely receipt and processing of export documentation.
- Communicate with the Import Compliance Controller and Legal Adviser on export-related matters.
- Process Export Licence applications via the UK Government’s ECJU system when required.
- Maintain accurate records of export checks and compliance documentation.
- Prepare regular management reports aligned with defined KPIs.
- Carry out additional administrative and compliance support tasks as required.
You’ll have a methodical, detail‑oriented approach and enjoy working collaboratively across teams. You take pride in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance processes are followed efficiently.
Essential Requirements- GCSEs (or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of export control processes (desirable but not essential).
