Oxford Instruments is seeking a Head of Production in Bristol to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations in a high‑tech environment. You will drive SQCDP performance, build leadership capability, and scale manufacturing for growth across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People.
You will oversee production planning, warehousing, and dispatch, champion lean methods, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure manufacturability and readiness for NPI.
