Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage, and motivate the daily Production team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all team members, providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership.
- Delegate tasks, oversee operations and output, provide feedback on performance, and report on metrics.
- Liaise regularly with engineering, production administration, and other teams to provide updates and lead times on work being carried out on the production floor.
- Work with the Production Manager to improve revenue streams and internal processes.
Qualifications
- HNC/HND level with 3 years relevant experience in a high‑tech production environment, or ONC/OND level with 5 years relevant experience in a high‑tech production environment.
- Experience in supporting and training other technical staff.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, specifically Microsoft Excel.
