We're excited to be recruiting a zero-hours Customer Experience Assistant to join our team at

Heyford Park Innovation Centre .

Based within a historic former RAF base, the centre provides a vibrant and flexible workspace for a thriving community of businesses across technology, science and professional services.

This is a casual, ad-hoc role, providing cover for holidays, sickness absence and other operational needs.

While Heyford Park Innovation Centre will be your main location, there may also be opportunities to work at our other Oxfordshire centres, including Oxford Centre for Innovation, Wood Centre for Innovation, Culham Innovation Centre, Harwell Innovation Centre, Witney Innovation Centre and Grassroots.

  • Manage reception duties, including calls, emails, post, and meeting room bookings.
  • Support events, social media updates, and community engagement activities.
  • Keep the Centre running smoothly by maintaining supplies, equipment, and shared spaces.
  • Assist with a variety of customer needs, from booking couriers to recommending local spots.
  • Provide backup support to the Centre Manager.
