Refurbishment Operative / General Builder in Oxford

OxRefurb is a refurbishment and maintenance company working closely with a leading HMO operator in Oxford. We specialise in upgrading rental properties to a high standard, focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, and full property refurbs.

We are looking for a practical, hands-on refurbishment operative to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with refurbishment projects from start to finish
• Painting, decorating, snagging, and basic building works / property maintenance
• Supporting kitchen and bathroom installations
• Working alongside project managers and trades
• Maintaining a clean and safe site

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate experience in construction or refurbishment
• Ability to carry out general building and handyman tasks
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
