The Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Part-Time Property & Lettings Assistant to support the day-to-day management of our HMO portfolio. This is a varied, hands-on position combining property operations, tenant communication, viewings, and administrative support. We provide structured onboarding, guidance, and ongoing support to help you succeed in the role while still offering flexibility and autonomy in how you manage your tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily management of HMO properties across Oxford, including inspections, viewings, move-ins, and general tenant support
- Book and conduct property viewings, respond to enquiries, and follow up with applicants
- Coordinate maintenance issues with tenants, contractors, and the internal team
- Support inventories, check-ins, and check-outs using company systems
- Keep property records, notes, and compliance information updated
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants and represent the company professionally
- Assist with general administration, scheduling, and communication tasks
What We’re Looking For

- Previous property, lettings, HMO, or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential

Working Style & Support
This is a flexible part-time role with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Working days and times can be agreed around operational needs and your availability.
