Oxford High School is looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic individual to join our highly successful and thriving Modern Languages department as a Mandarin Language Assistant. The successful candidate will be required to help prepare our students for the Cambridge IGCSE Mandarin Chinese - Foreign Language and the Edexcel A Level Chinese examinations. The successful applicant will also help improve our students' confidence and oral communication skills.
The working hours for this role are likely to be approximately 3 hours per week, with scope for future expansion. The successful candidate will be capable of communicating fluently in Mandarin. They will also demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate our pupils through effective and engaging oral language lessons. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to be a part of our highly successful, culturally diverse and friendly department.
