Teaching Assistant (Level 3, Grade 3) Specialist 1:1 EHCP Support Location: Oxford Prep School Hours: Full time, term time, 5 days a week Contract: Fixed Term Contract 1 Year Salary: Β£20,963,96 pro rata (FTE Β£26,000.00) About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to provide high-quality classroom support alongside specialist 1:1 support for a pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) . Working closely with teachers, the Learning Support Team, parents, and external professionals, you will help ensure the pupil can fully access learning, achieve their individual targets, and develop confidence, independence, and wellbeing. You will also contribute to supporting pupils across the wider classroom and school community. Key Responsibilities Specialist 1:1 EHCP Support Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a pupil in line with their EHCP and individual targets. Deliver agreed interventions and support programmes, including those recommended by external professionals. Monitor, record, and evaluate progress, contributing to assessment and planning processes. Promote independence, self-esteem, inclusion, and positive engagement in learning. Teaching please note that the vacancy may close early if a suitable candidate is found.
