If so, we have a challenging and rewarding opportunity for you to join our Provider Collaborative as a Project Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing and delivering key projects that enhance the services we provide, ensuring better outcomes for our patients.

You’ll work closely with our service leads and clinicians to scope, plan and deliver improvements. You’ll lead on project management for the Secure Provider Collaborative (PC Network), led by Oxford Health NHS.

Working with a broad range of stakeholders from across the network, you’ll deliver project outcomes and implement sustainable interventions that drive patient care, innovation, quality, and effectiveness across the network. You’ll be supporting investment strategies and transformation opportunities, contributing to the development of a ‘high performance culture’ across the network.

We know how important a good work-life balance is, so the role will be predominantly home working with occasional travel to support workshops and meetings across our Trust regions.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a variety of healthcare projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve:

  1. Developing and implementing detailed project plans, ensuring all milestones are met.
  2. Leading cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met, fostering a collaborative environment.
  3. Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  4. Monitoring project progress and adjusting as needed to ensure successful delivery.
  5. Developing and delivering project reports and presentations.
  6. Ensuring adherence to Trust policies and regulations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and equality.
  7. Supporting senior managers across the Provider Collaborative by providing planning and project management support as required for the delivery of key results.
  8. Working with teams, professional leads, managers, and external stakeholders to support redesign and service development activity.
