We are looking for an Automation Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Department (Automation function). You will be responsible for the hands‑on creation, build, and optimisation of multi‑channel customer journeys and automations across Oxford Global’s marketing platforms. This role will focus on technical campaign setup, workflow management, and reporting within HubSpot, Genesy AI, LinkedIn, and other tools.
By ensuring campaigns are executed to time and quality, and by embedding testing, QA, and governance processes, you will directly support the team’s aims of scaling automation, improving engagement, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Role Responsibilities- Campaign Build & Execution
- Create, introduce, and manage campaign canvasses and workflows in HubSpot, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
- Build, schedule, and send emails aligned to business and customer expectations.
- Support campaign setup and execution across additional platforms (Genesy AI, LinkedIn, etc.) to scale output.
- Work with Head of Automation and broader business teams to ensure campaigns align to customer segment requirements and broader targeting needs.
- Automation & Customer Journeys
- Build and maintain automations across HubSpot, Genesy AI, and other tools to deliver seamless customer journeys.
- Work with the Head of Automation and wider business to introduce and maintain automations that drive sign‑ups, onboarding, and engagement.
- Implement retention strategies using automation for nurturing and lifecycle campaigns.
- Establish and manage robust QA processes to improve email quality and campaign outcomes.
- Lead on implementing testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate) to optimise campaigns and share insights with the business.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and accurate tracking across all campaigns, including email footers and link tracking.
- Reporting & Insights
- Lead reporting for campaign activity within allocated brands, proactively communicating outcomes and using insights to inform optimisation.
- Collaborate with Directors to design, build, and deliver post‑show surveys to agreed timelines.
- Provide actionable insights across channels (HubSpot, Genesy AI, LinkedIn, etc.) to support continuous improvement.
- Work with Brand and Content teams to ensure outbound campaign copy is on‑brand and aligned with Oxford Global’s broader offer.
- Partner with the Head of Automation to ensure workflows, forms, and data governance processes are embedded and maintained.
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrable experience managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Strong track record in building automated, multi‑channel campaigns.
- Ability to interpret data and insights to optimise customer journeys and outcomes.
- Experience in data acquisition strategies, including sourcing contacts based on personas and ICPs.
- Excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Technical aptitude to connect tools and platforms into seamless customer journeys.

- Location: All our roles are hybrid (a mix of remote and in office). Our offices are located on the Botley Road in Oxford, with shops/restaurants within walking distance and easy access into Oxford City Centre.
- Job Type: Full time (37.5 hours a week)
