Oxford Global Resources is supporting a leading Pharma Services / CDMO organization in the search for an Engineering Contracts Administrator to join their team in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a regulated life sciences environment, supporting engineering operations and external contractor management.
Role Details
- Location: Swindon (onsite 100%)
- Contract: 6 months (with possibility to extend or convert)
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week (Mon–Fri, flexibility on start/finish times)
- Pay Rate: £13.33/hour
- Start Date: ASAP
- Interview: Teams (onsite interview also possible)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control the engineering contracts portfolio, including SLAs, renewals, and standardization
- Support vendor negotiation and sourcing, working closely with Procurement
- Track vendor performance KPIs and support cost-saving initiatives
- Assist with contractor onboarding, site inductions, and compliance
- Maintain EHS and GMP records for third-party personnel
- Coordinate works planning, permits, and cross-functional communication
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant with regulatory and safety requirements
- Support post-visit follow-ups and escalation of further work needs
Ideal Background
- Experience in contract administration, engineering support, or vendor management
- Familiarity with regulated environments (pharma, manufacturing, life sciences preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working onsite and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
