The focus of this role is on late‑stage drug development and analytical support for complex, peptide-based products. This position is ideal for an analyst who wants to apply strong chromatographic knowledge while contributing directly to the development and delivery of innovative medicines.

As an analytical development analyst, you will perform both routine and advanced testing activities to support pharmaceutical development programs. You will work with large molecules, generating high‑quality data to support clinical development and commercialization readiness. The role requires solid chromatographic understanding, hands‑on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure reliable execution of analytical methods and data integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Perform analyses using techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, SEC, IEX, and dissolution testing.
  • Interpret chromatographic data, including impurity profiles and stability trends.
  • Maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot analytical instruments and laboratory equipment.
  • Support method development, optimization, validation and transfer.
  • Conduct stability and in‑process sample testing.
  • Document laboratory activities in digital systems in compliance with GxP standards.
  • Assist in investigations, root cause analysis and resolution of analytical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support project delivery and timelines.
Requirements
  • Degree in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands‑on laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated environment.
  • Practical experience with chromatographic techniques.
  • Experience working in GMP is preferred.
  • Experience with peptides, proteins or large molecules is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced development environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
