We’re looking for a Quality Systems Assistant to join our Quality team in Warrington on a 12‑month contract. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience working within a regulated environment and supporting a site Quality Management System (QMS).

What you’ll do:

  • Support the administration and control of Quality Systems documentation
  • Prepare, maintain, and release manufacturing and quality documentation using an Electronic Document Management System (eDMS)
  • Coordinate document reviews and approvals in line with QMS requirements
  • Provide administrative QA support to Quality, Manufacturing, and Technical teams
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed on time
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of quality and documentation processes

What we’re looking for:

  • Education in a scientific discipline or relevant experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or regulated administration
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to follow procedures and work in a regulated environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485
  • Experience using an eDMS
  • Background in a regulated manufacturing or quality environment
