Job Description
We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Basingstoke.
You will support the production and packaging of microbiology products, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate production and packaging processes according to defined procedures.
- Complete batch records and production documentation accurately.
- Use the correct materials and equipment to manufacture products.
- Update inventory and production information in internal systems.
- Participate in daily team meetings and support production targets.
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Report any issues, deviations, or safety concerns promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
